Dishwasher

The dishwasher in the Community Centre kitchen is for all Centre users. It is automatically dosed with detergent fluid as necessary – you do not need to add any tablets or similar.

Switching the dishwasher on

  1. Turn the isolator to the “on” position.
  2. Press and hold the “power” icon on the dishwasher’s touch screen.
  3. Wait whilst the dishwasher fills and heats.

Switching the dishwasher off

Although the dishwasher has a cleaning mode it is not self cleaning. You must always follow the on-screen instructions for removing and rinsing the rotor arm and filters.

  1. Press and hold the “clean/drain” button on the dishwasher’s touch screen.
  2. Follow the on-screen cleaning instructions to remove and rinse the rotor arm and filters.
  3. Wait for the cleaning cycle to finish and the machine to have drained itself.
  4. Turn the isolator to the “off” position.
