Technology
Technology at St Mary’s is looked after by the Technology Team, who fall under the remit of Buildings, Facilities and Finance within the PCC.
We use technology in lots of ways; it helps us communicate, organise information, supports our worship, and supports other parts of the operation of the Church and Community Centre.

Structure of the Technology Team
The Technology Team operates in the following broad areas:
Infrastructure
Provides networking and connectivity services (including internet and wifi) in the Church’s buildings.
Web
Looks after the underlying technology and setup (but not the content) for the Church’s digital presence.
Streaming
Live-streams regular and festival services, and life events by request.
Staging
Looks after technical requirements for staging, including stage lighting (but not building lights) and sound reinforcement within the Church and Community Centre.
