💾 Saving and retrieving tickets
Sometimes you will need to save an open ticket – for example during a busy bar when multiple people are being served, when tabs have been opened. Although it’s always preferable to finish a sale there and then, saving tickets is a normal part of operation.
Saving a ticket
Once items have been added to a ticket you can press the SAVE button. You will be prompted for a name and a comment – neither of these are required (although you can definitely add them if you think it will be beneficial, particularly with things like tabs). When you’re happy, press SAVE.
The ticket will then be saved, and a new sale will begin.
Retrieving a ticket
To get a ticket back, press OPEN TICKETS and choose the one you want from the list. You can then continue as normal by adding products, charging it, or saving it again.
