Most problems with the till can be solved with some simple steps, but if you get stuck you should contact the Technology Team. If it’s mid-bar and affecting operations, emergency details are on the wall in the stockroom next to the whiteboard.


The cash drawer won’t open

This is usually a problem with the connection to the receipt printer.

  1. Close the Loyverse app entirely by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and swiping the app away.
  2. Double check all connections underneath the tablet and on the back of the receipt printer.
  3. Reopen the Loyverse app by tapping its icon.

The next time you try to open the till or print a receipt you will be asked if you want to allow a USB connection. Choose Yes.
