Most problems with the till can be solved with some simple steps, but if you get stuck you should contact the Technology Team. If it’s mid-bar and affecting operations, emergency details are on the wall in the stockroom next to the whiteboard.
The cash drawer won’t open
This is usually a problem with the connection to the receipt printer.
- Close the Loyverse app entirely by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and swiping the app away.
- Double check all connections underneath the tablet and on the back of the receipt printer.
- Reopen the Loyverse app by tapping its icon.
The next time you try to open the till or print a receipt you will be asked if you want to allow a USB connection. Choose Yes.
