During normal operation, you shouldn’t need to manually open the cash drawer. It will open automatically for each cash sale.

Manually opening the drawer

If you need to manually open the drawer – for example to add to the float or to reimburse an expense – tap the three dot ‘more’ menu in the top right of the screen and choose Open cash drawer.
