St Mary’s Church operates its own email system for users at the @whitkirkchurch.org.uk and @whitkirk.com domains as part of Google Workspace.
Anyone who is part of the team at St Mary’s can get an email account which they can use for Church business, as well as to gain access to other Google Workspace services.
If you need an account as part of your role then one should have been provided as part of onboarding. If you don’t have one but would like one, please get in touch with the Technology Team.
It is strongly recommended that if you regularly send emails on behalf of the Church that you do so using a Church email account instead of a personal one.
If you only receive emails as part of a role then a forwarding address can be set up.
Shared mailboxes
We can set up various types of shared mailbox if several people are involved in a single task. Ask the Technology Team for advice on this.
