What does the PCC do?

Code of conduct

All members of the PCC are expected to abide by our code of conduct.

Safeguarding

Members of the PCC have some additional safeguarding obligations, and will need to complete extra training. The Parish Safeguarding Officer can talk you through what is needed, but our safeguarding page can provide more information.

Church policies

St Mary’s has several policies covering various aspects of how and why the PCC and the wider Church do some things. Our website provides a list of all the latest versions.

The essential trustee

Google Drive

We use a tool called Google Drive to store documents relating to the Church.

Microsoft 365

If you need access to software such as Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint to help you perform your duties as a member of the PCC then we’re able to provide these for you.
