Many of our services are streamed live to our YouTube channel. In particular, we try to always stream our Sunday morning Eucharist, Choral Evensong, and all festival services.

We also stream weddings and funerals by request, for which a fee is payable to the Lead Tech.

The role of Tech Lead for any given service (as well as additional team members when needed) is managed by a rota in ChurchSuite. Rotas will be prepared and emailed out quarterly, but you can always view the latest updates in My ChurchSuite. If you want, you can add your serving to your calendar.

How to stream

Follow the streaming playbook for our usual streaming procedure. Remember that some services may have their own playbooks with additional steps or considerations.

Fees

We pay a flat fee if you are streaming a service by request. There is no need to raise an invoice for this, just make sure the Finance team have your bank details (they’ll be in touch if not). Remember that you’re responsible for your own taxes on any earnings from this.
