Connected systems

Our default stance when purchasing or installing new systems (for example AV, security, safety, lighting, HVAC, energy, building control or similar) is that they should be capable of connection to and control via our existing packet-switched internal network, even if this connection isn’t made at install time.

The Technology Team should always be consulted prior to the specification or purchase of any such system.
